With 170 stores in 14 states, this retailer is currently the largest specialty retailer of lawn and garden products in the United States. The chain wide average cost (CWAC) needed to be accurate to get correct profit.

The Great Woods Group team worked with corporate accounting to define exactly what their chain wide average cost should be. We then evaluated exactly how JDA® MMS® uses calculated and maintained average costs. Upon completion of this extensive analysis, we were able to fix the problem areas associated with miscalculation of CWAC so that it calculated correctly.
